Hello my beautiful friends and Happy New Year!
As we enter a new year we all have a chance for a fresh start, whether it'd be setting new goals for yourself or still going after the same dreams. Being consistently busy with work, school, home life and working on my print shop, I find myself slowly draining. So this year one of my new goals is to find my self care, it's important to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself so here is a list of some things I've been doing lately and some I'll definitely be trying this year!
Writing
Whether it's writing down a to do list, things that you're grateful for, or even things that bother you, get it down on paper. You'll feel better, I personally love using The Five Minute Journal, it helps me with my daily affirmations and it allows me to reflect on the positive things at the end of each day.
Meditation
Meditation- I hear so many good benefits from this, one of my goals this year is to practice this form of self care.
Benefits:
- reduces stress
- fosters clear thinking
- increases energy
- gain clarity and peace of mind

Nature Walks
Here's a list of the other ways to practice self care:
- read a book or magazine
- take a nap
- always treat yourself to something small
- light up your favorite candle
- drink lots of water
- take a bubble bath
- bake your favorite treat
- try something new
